In the dynamic and versatile Aladdin platform, users are categorized into three main types: Admin or Aladdin Administration, Team Organizer (the owner of a specific event), and User. The Aladdin Meeting Hub, a pivotal component of the platform, offers five levels of access for users, each with distinct permissions. When adding a new user, it is crucial to select the appropriate user type or role, setting the foundation for their operational scope within the platform.

The Super Admin, or Aladdin System Administrator, holds the highest authority. This user has comprehensive control over the Meeting Hub, managing all events, including aspects like event information, branding, visibility, matching, groups, configuration, system messages, tables, and locations. Additionally, the Super Admin oversees user management, all data categories, and operations related to matching and meetings. Unique to the Super Admin is the ability to manage sub-subscriptions, checking and configuring subscriptions for any event or company.

Next in line is the Manager, who mirrors the Super Admin in most capabilities except for subscription management. The Manager can handle Meeting Hub tasks, event details, configurations, and all operations related to matching and meetings.

The Operation Team focuses on matching and meetings, including preparing and sharing matches, checking responses, scheduling meetings, and managing meeting agendas. The On-Ground Team specializes in executing meetings on-site, dealing with tables, locations, meeting agendas, and providing image proof for meetings.

The Editor, exclusive to the Meeting Hub, collaborates with the Manager on company-specific tasks, editing industry data for companies, and publishing the data in the Aladdin directory.

The Event Hub, an integral part of the Aladdin platform, presents four access levels: Organizer Admin (owner of the event), Manager, Operation Team, and On-Ground Team. The Organizer Admin oversees all aspects of the event, similar to the Manager but with added capabilities for subscription management. The Manager, like in the Meeting Hub, has similar access but lacks subscription management privileges.

The Operation Team in the Event Hub focuses solely on meetings and matching, preparing matching, checking responses, scheduling meetings, and managing meeting agendas. The On-Ground Team specializes in executing on-site meetings, handling tables, locations, and meeting agendas.

Access levels and available options vary based on user types and permissions. Users see different menus and options depending on their credentials. The system distinguishes between Meeting Hub and Event Hub, ensuring a tailored experience for users.

Managing users involves adding them through invitations or manual creation. Admins can edit, delete, deactivate, or reactivate accounts. Password resets and invitation sending are also manageable operations. These functionalities ensure a flexible and secure user management system, adapting to the evolving requirements of Aladdin users.

As Aladdin continues to evolve, permissions may undergo changes to meet the platform’s growing demands. This comprehensive overview provides a foundation for users to navigate and maximize their roles within the Aladdin platform.
