The data publishing process consists of four main stages: starting with raw data, enriching it, and moving it to either internal or published status. Initially, a company’s data is assigned to an editor, who reviews and marks it as ready for publication. Once approved by the manager, the company can be published. If the company is already published, the publish option will not be available. For companies not yet published, options include publishing the company itself or its contacts. Contacts may not all be verified, so the system allows for publishing either all contacts or only those marked as verified. The options include publishing the company and all contacts, publishing only verified contacts, or publishing contacts with valid emails. Contacts are marked as verified through manual validation, and there’s a plan for automatic validation using DNS techniques. The most suitable choices for meeting hubs are to publish verified contacts or those with valid emails, ensuring efficient communication with clients.
