The System Tool is an interactive guided tour feature designed to enhance user experience by helping users understand complex or unclear features within the Meeting Hub or any other event-based platform. This tool serves as a step-by-step tutorial that presents a series of slides—each containing images, videos, text, and clickable links—targeted at explaining the functionality of key system features.

Admins have the ability to create, customize, and manage these tours by defining specific “tools” linked to particular pages or URLs. When a user visits the corresponding page, the tour is triggered automatically or can be accessed via a floating help icon, providing contextual guidance precisely when it is needed. This makes navigation and feature usage intuitive, especially for first-time users or new sign-ups, reducing confusion and improving user satisfaction.

Each tour consists of multiple slides. Each slide includes a header, explanatory text, optional multimedia content, and links that can redirect users to relevant pages to complete tasks (e.g., completing a company profile). Admins can control the visibility of individual slides, enable or disable restart and skip buttons, and decide when and to whom the tour is shown (e.g., all users, only admins, or new users).

The tool also supports flexible triggering options: tours can start on a user’s first visit to the page, be activated by clicking the help icon, or even trigger after a specified delay. This modularity allows the system to scale and be adapted to other areas beyond the Meeting Hub in the future.

Overall, the System Tool is a powerful feature that simplifies onboarding, reduces user friction, and promotes better engagement by providing clear, accessible, and multimedia-rich guidance tailored to the platform’s evolving features.
