The Subscription Model Enhancements course provides a comprehensive look into the redesigned subscription system introduced in Aladdin’s Meeting Hub. The objective of these enhancements is to simplify pricing, align user expectations, and provide more flexibility while keeping essential business needs in mind.

A major change is the removal of the free plan. Users must now select from three paid tiers: Professional, Premium, and 360 Solution. These plans default to monthly billing instead of annual, making it easier for users to test the platform without long-term commitment. The Professional plan includes one appointment setter by default, while Premium always covers five users. Appointment setters are available only on monthly subscriptions, not annual, ensuring clarity on pricing and user benefits.

The checkout process is streamlined: users can select a plan, adjust the number of appointment setters, and either begin a 7-day free trial without a credit card or activate their subscription with immediate payment. Trials provide access to the system but restrict credit-based actions like requesting meetings, revealing contacts, or generating match lists until a subscription is confirmed.

The Billing & Subscription dashboard allows users to view and manage their plan, invoices, and credit transactions. Users can pause or cancel auto-renewal, with the pause option preserving their data and meetings for up to 12 months—providing flexibility and continuity.

Overall, the new model focuses on transparency, customer control, and better user experience. By guiding users through trial, subscription activation, and billing management, the system ensures that businesses gain predictable value while maintaining choice and flexibility.
