The Request a Meeting feature is a powerful tool designed to help you connect with prospects and partners directly through the platform. It allows you to browse the directory, find the right contact or company, and schedule a professional meeting with just a few clicks.
You begin by exploring the directory, which can be searched by contacts or companies using filters such as country, name, or email. Reviewing details like company information, role, and relevance ensures you identify the most valuable people to meet. Once you’ve found the right person, simply click the Request a Meeting button.
A setup window will guide you through the process. The first step is to link your email account—whether Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP—so meeting requests are sent directly. After your email is connected, you can move on to defining the meeting details. Choose the date, meeting duration (such as 15 or 30 minutes), time zone, and whether the meeting will be in-person or virtual. For in-person meetings, you can add a location, while virtual meetings will automatically adjust to digital access.
The final and most important step is crafting your meeting message. This is your opportunity to set expectations and show professionalism. To make this easy, Aladdin provides a library of customizable templates suited for various purposes such as introductions, partnerships, collaborations, or networking. You can select, edit, and personalize these templates in either text or visual format.
Once everything is finalized, a single click will send your meeting request instantly via email. This feature streamlines outreach, improves efficiency, and increases the chances of securing valuable business connections.
