This course introduces team members to the Monitoring Project Tracker Sheet, a vital dashboard tool for daily project tracking and management. This sheet mirrors the project statuses reflected in ClickUp and will eventually be migrated there. It remains the primary reference point for managing client projects and meeting targets.
Participants will learn how to navigate and update the dashboard, which includes viewing active projects per month, identifying enterprise clients, and understanding how companies are grouped under each main project. Each project entry outlines the number of meetings targeted, booked, conducted, and remaining — all of which must be monitored closely.
The dashboard also includes fields for project type (e.g., government, enterprise, trade show), agent assignments, backup agents, and project status indicators such as “Not Started,” “In Progress,” “Completed,” or “On Hold.” Understanding these labels is crucial for accurate tracking and communication.
Another key component involves updating meeting and lead counts per company and project, adjusting monthly targets based on past performance, and tracking carryover for undelivered or pending meetings. Additionally, agents are expected to input booked meetings into the Hub with tags for easy filtering and reporting.
By the end of this course, learners will know how to update and manage the sheet, assign agents appropriately, and carry necessary data to new monthly dashboards. This ensures continuity, accurate reporting, and effective project delivery, especially when responding to client or management queries.
