This course teaches learners how to create, finalize, and deliver sponsorship proposals using a structured workflow in HubSpot, focusing on Aladdin Meeting Day sponsorships. The course provides an in-depth walkthrough of building a sponsorship deal, associating contacts and companies, and generating e-signature-ready quotes using predefined templates and the product library.

In Lesson 1, participants learn how to initiate and structure a deal for sponsorship, associate key decision-makers, and generate a quote from the product library, ensuring data accuracy and internal visibility.

Lesson 2 emphasizes updating and attaching the correct sponsorship agreement documents, including part one and part two of the terms and conditions, as well as the marketing materials checklist based on the selected sponsorship tier (Gold, Silver, Platinum). It also includes formatting best practices and instructions on including banking/payment details for smooth processing.

Lesson 3 finalizes the proposal process, showing learners how to download the PDF version, attach the documents to an email, and notify relevant internal stakeholders for invoicing, branding, and follow-up.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to confidently handle end-to-end sponsorship proposals for Aladdin events using standardized tools, ensuring compliance, clarity, and faster client conversion.
