This training focuses on the execution process for handling lead generation, confirmation calls, and event management through the Aladdin Hub, with a specific emphasis on trade shows and networking events. The process begins once the lead generation team has imported the data, and agents must confirm participation details with the participants. As part of the workflow, the project manager (PM) ensures that data is imported correctly in manageable batches, allowing for a more straightforward assignment to agents. The data can be filtered based on categories such as “internal,” “published,” or “raw.” The lead generation team needs to filter and batch the data to make the task assignment process smoother.
The course covers key actions such as assigning agents to specific batches of host or guest data, filtering through batches for clarity, and tagging confirmed leads. Once the agent has confirmed a participant’s intention to join the event, the tag is updated, and the lead is moved to the “published” list. This allows the next step of enriching the data and creating match lists. The course also highlights how to divide large datasets among multiple agents, how to track the progress of each agent, and how to handle various confirmations.
Ultimately, the course will guide you through every step of the process, from initial data importation to confirmation and list creation, providing clear directions on how to ensure seamless execution and efficient resource utilization. You’ll learn how to track confirmations and manage large volumes of data, ensuring that all participants receive the appropriate follow-up.
