Next, we’ll cover how companies complete or update their ITPs. From the company profile, we can request an ITP update via email. This can be done for individual companies or batches. Companies receive an email with a link to complete their ITP without needing to log in. The ITP form includes details like regions, departments, seniority levels, job positions, and company size, tailored based on the company type or event.

Similarly, we have a calendar sync feature (not yet published) that allows users to synchronize their calendars with Aladdin. This will enable users to either directly fill out their calendar or share a link for synchronization, integrating their schedules with Aladdin’s system.

We manage all requests and tickets through HubSpot, assigning high-priority tickets to the sales team and others to relevant teams based on their nature. This ensures prompt and efficient handling of tasks.
