Company Communication Card & Assignee Feature in the Hub

This lesson introduces the Company Communication Card and the Assignee Feature in the Hub. These tools were implemented to make it easier for the team to view company details, quickly contact decision-makers, and assign team members responsible for handling specific companies.

From the Directory under Companies, users will now see a Communication Card icon next to each company. Clicking it opens a panel displaying all contacts under that company. For each contact, the user can perform actions such as calling, emailing, or adding notes. This eliminates the need to manually search for phone numbers and copy them into external dialers.

Additionally, the Assignee Feature allows assigning specific team members to a company for roles such as Operations Manager, On-Ground Coordinator, Editor, or Admin. This helps clarify ownership and responsibilities. Multiple assignees may be added per company and can be edited or removed at any time. Once assigned, the assignee information is visible system-wide, including in the Directory, Meeting Agenda, and Match List. This ensures visibility and alignment across teams.

The Communication Card is also available on the Meeting Agenda, where teams typically follow up with companies before and during events. The same card appears on the Match List and Match List Response screens, making it easy to call or follow up with matched companies. Filters for Assignee and Status help narrow down companies based on who is responsible or what stage they are in.

Future UI improvements will enhance visual clarity, such as displaying assignees with icons or hiding long lists behind dropdowns. However, all required functionality is already available for use.
