The auto-scheduling feature for meetings is a powerful enhancement designed to reduce manual work, eliminate errors, and streamline event coordination. Once a user selects a company and its associated contacts from a shared list, the scheduling system automatically recognizes these selections and populates the data accordingly. This automation streamlines the transition to the subsequent scheduling stages, ensuring accuracy and minimizing reliance on manual interventions.

A key element in this workflow is the use of Groups, which provide essential rules for meeting logistics. Groups define when (date and time) and where (location or table) meetings should take place. For example, a group consisting of companies from the UAE might only be available on the third day of the event, in the afternoon, at specific meeting areas. By assigning companies to these groups, the system applies these limitations during the auto-scheduling process, ensuring that meetings are booked within the appropriate constraints.

If both participating companies have completed their selections, the system can automatically finalize the meeting schedule. This removes the need for manual verification and minimizes the potential for errors. Furthermore, filtering by group (e.g., UAE group, Afternoon group) helps event organizers manage and monitor attendees more effectively.

Additionally, upcoming features include filtering companies by group name, displaying tags for quick identification, and improving visibility across all meeting areas.
