Aladdin Registration System – Full Guide

The registration system in the AladdinB2B platform is a powerful and flexible tool designed to streamline event onboarding, data collection, and operational workflows. It enables event organizers to create fully customized registration experiences while ensuring that all attendee data is structured and directly usable for matchmaking, scheduling, and reporting.

Accessible through the event settings under the communication tab, the system provides centralized control over all registration-related configurations. Organizers begin by setting up key components such as event benefits, attendee tracking, banner visuals, ticket types, and promotional codes. These elements help define the event’s value proposition while managing access and participation.

At its core, the system allows the creation of multiple registration forms tailored to different attendee types, such as visitors or exhibitors. Each form is structured across four main sections: landing page, registration forms, recipient email groups, and banner information. The landing page determines the user experience, offering either a step-by-step or single-page format, along with customizable templates and confirmation messages.

The registration forms section is the most critical, capturing essential personal, professional, and business matching information. This includes mandatory fields like name, email, and company, as well as advanced inputs tied to matchmaking logic, such as preferences, availability, and segmentation through hidden fields. Additional features like file uploads, legal agreements, and multi-attendee registration enhance flexibility.

Automation is further supported through recipient email groups, ensuring that relevant teams receive real-time notifications. The banner info section adds a promotional layer by enabling post-registration sharing.

Overall, the system is not just a form builder but a fully integrated solution that connects data collection with event execution, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless attendee experience.
